I'm building a house in Murrumbateman NSW to Passivhaus principles, with the thinking that a building is just infrastructure that's harder to roll back. So: sensors cast into the slab, drone surveys flown and processed as separate epochs, everything modelled in 3D. The rest of it has been a self-taught crash course in construction — reading Australian Standards, learning what a certifier actually needs, managing supply. Documenting all of it here.
